Labor Day Weekend and Birthday Parties!

We had a great time with Nana and Papee over Labor Day Weekend. It was Nana's birthday and Taylor's birthday (later this month) so we had a celebration dinner and cake. My mom and I also got to see a show on the strip. I never knew how many songs of "The Four Seasons" I actually recognize and enjoy listening to. Overall, lots of fun! Red Rock Canyon

A couple of weeks ago we happened to go to Lake Mead and found out that Lake Mead and Red Rock Canyon were both FREE to visit that weekend. So...we went to both and like anything else something is far better and enjoyable when it is free. There were lovely sights to behold and we enjoyed ourselves immensely! We also had a little detour as our little snakey friend decided to make a crossing right in front of us. I seem to be attracting snakes this year...
